About Us

West Texas Wool & Mohair Association opened its doors in April of 1917. At that time, this is where a rancher would bring his wool and mohair after shearing to be sold.
Now that is taken care of by a different company down the street from us. Now, we are just a small feed store in Mertzon, Texas. We carry ranch supplies, hunting supplies, fencing supplies, and some gift items. We are a corporation so we have many owners. We do have a board of directors with the President being Pat Jackson, V-President Craig Demere, and Sec/Tres is Jessie Whitlow.
